1- Divisional HSE Manager

Description:
The purpose of this role is to ensure the implantation of Serco HSE Management System across all sectors. The successful incumbent will ensure delivery of an effective HSE Training programme and support and ensure successful mobilzation of HSE elements and safety procedures on all new contract awards across sectors and countries where Serco operate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the Division is aware of, share, and continue to comply with legislative and regulatory requirements and best practice.
- Contribute to the development of the Divisional Safety and Assurance imperatives and action plans and ensure understanding and delivery of these across the Division
- Lead and support on investigations into major incidents/accidents
- Ensure compliance reviews are planned, based on the Divisions risk profile, executed and reported on in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- The NEBOSH Occupational Health and Safety Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Lead Auditor Qualification (ISO9001:2015 and ISO45001)
- Lead Audit Qualification ISO 14001
- Experience in a [Facilities Management] environment
