We are looking for a Document Controller for Restaurant fit-out to prepare, manage and file documents for our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Copy, Scan and store document
  • Check for accuracy and edit files, like AMC contracts and fit-out agreement
  • Review and update technical document (Eg manual & workflows)
  • Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
  • File documents in physical and digital records
  • Create templates for future use
  • Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.

Requirement
  • Proven work experience as a document controller or similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree on technical or relevant filed
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management
  • Basic knowledge of construction coordination
  • Hands-on experience with MS office, MS Excel, and AutoCAD
  • Proficient in typing and editing skills
