RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working on the creation of a BIM360 Document Management Policy
  • Managing the BIM360 Portfolio. Files, Folders, Members, Workflows. Etc.
  • Resolving technical issues through research and troubleshooting
  • Working with other integrated applications.
  • Previous experience of document management systems essential
  • Power BI and Data Analytics is an advantage.
  • BIM360 experience is an advantage.
  • Expertise in Aconex
  • Document/ Design Management experience
  • ISO 19650 and PAS 1192 understanding an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Construction
  • Experience in Airport project is ideal for this role
  • Exceptional PC skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite essential
  • Be detail-oriented with the desire to achieve excellence through your own initiative.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on their own and as part of a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
  • Experience with ACONEX OR EDMS
  • Bachelor Degree or related course or equivalent
