A- Responsible for timely collection and distribution of all internal & external mails addressed to AFGRE employees and relevant the Human Resources Dept.
B- Ensure timely delivery of bank documentations, cheques and other relevant documents.
C- Responsible for ensuring the company vehicles used by self & site cars is in proper & good condition by making sure the car is sent on regular maintenance service & registration is as per the company standards.
D- Assist in other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, shredding or binding of business documents as and when required.
E- Provide support and assistance to the department in any administrative and coordination tasks as and when required.
A- Basic schooling, valid UAE driving license.
B- 2-3 years experience in a similar job with a medium or large size company in Dubai.
C- Knowledge of UAE’s road and traffic rules and regulations.
