1- Driving Instructor
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

• Collaborate with DDWD Departments to analyze skill matrix, training needs/ gaps and prepare relevant training plans and schedules
• Develop training modules’ materials including presentations, audio-visual components, handouts, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and other references or resources.
• Deliver training to all required skill employees up to DDWD/ TD&PM standards
• Assess and evaluate training in accordance with course and DDW standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Trade test new employees up to the required standards.
• Record and communicate training results with concerned departments.
• Mentor Trainees where requested.
• Monitor post training evaluation for trainees.

Job Requirements:

• 3-4 years’ Experience as a Driving instructor.
• Driving and operating experience of various mechanical equipment.
• Train the Trainer certificate from a recognized vocational body preferably from RTA.
• Valid UAE Driving license category Heavy tractor, Light vehicle.
• Valid RTA Driving instructor license category Heavy mechanical equipment.
• Basic understanding of local legislations
