Description

Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems. Reading technical diagrams and blueprints. Performing general electrical maintenance. Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.

 Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical & Control Maintenance in Property Management.
  • Diploma in Electrical Technology or any relevant certificates.
  • Knowledge of electrical controls, power circuit, Automation circuit, etc.
  • Experience in electrical maintenance of equipment in Commercial & Residencial establishment.
