Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance: Conduct electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks in accordance with local regulations and industry standards. This includes troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues in villas.

AC System Maintenance: Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs of air conditioning systems in villas, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations while performing all electrical and AC maintenance work. Maintain accurate records of work completed.

Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose electrical and AC system issues, and propose effective solutions.

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues to understand job requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Valid UAE visa with more than 3 months’ validity.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician within the UAE (experience within Dubai is preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, ranging from construction-level wiring to villa maintenance.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Residing in Dubai.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Availability to start immediately.
