We are searching for immediate joiners for the role of Employee Relations Specialist in the home care industry, your role is to ensure excellent performance and effective communication between domestic workers, and the families or employers they serve. You’ll address concerns, provide support, and contribute to a harmonious home environment.

Responsibilities
  • Offer support to employees, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Actively attend to concerns, prioritizing the well-being of both employees and employers.
  • Conducting clear and effective communication styles with employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Accurately assess individual employee statuses by reviewing performance and actively participate in the performance evaluation and termination processes.
  • Provide guidance to employees on following company guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirement
