Description:

This role will serve as a technical solution engineer for communication and interaction with multiple internal and external teams to ensure activities impacting the endpoint are clearly defined and implemented with industry-standard methodologies

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and enhance solutions for endpoint deployment in a global remote work environment to support standardization, maintenance, and alignment with security controls
  • Define and document IT equipment standards, identify & evaluate new technologies as they relate to improving the end-user compute experience
  • Engineer desktop and server OS configuration and deployment in an enterprise environment using advanced deployment tools
  • Design & convey high level SCCM task sequences, applications and advertisement structure with Vendor

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years of deskside support experience
  • Experience managing and deploying Desktop and Server OS in an enterprise environment using SCCM and Intune
  • Must have an expert understanding of Windows OS including Windows 10, Windows 11, Server 2016 and 2019
  • High level knowledge of new and emerging enterprise technologies (ex: Azure, Intune, Windows Analytics, Autopilot, Graph)
