Evaluate design, develop and maintain Civil control systems and/or components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality and sustainability. Design high level Civil drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs. Understand project controls, cost estimates, quantity takeoffs and manpower requirements for proposals, forecasts and change orders. Maintain high customer satisfaction, and help achieve Enova’s business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effective relation with the client
• Discussing requirements with the client and other professionals (e.g. architects)
• Analyzing survey, mapping and materials – testing data with computer modeling software
• Drawing up blueprints, using computer aided design (cad) packages
• Judging whether projects are workable by assessing materials, costs and time requirements
• Assessing the environmental impact and risks connected to projects
• Preparing bids for tenders, and reporting to clients, public agencies and planning bodies
• Managing, directing and monitoring progress during each phase of a project
• Making sure sites meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements

Requirement

• Audit and control of KPI’s and SLA related with contractual obligation
• Provide advice to technical team
• Preparation of technical reports
• Preparation of quotations
• Analysis of work done
• Introducing innovation and continues improvements across the portfolio
• Condition Audits of Assets and buildings
• Witnessing testing and commissioning
• Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed.
• Liaise with the HSEQ department for creating standard operating procedures
• Timely issue and send the incident reports to HSEEQ department
