Description

We are seeking a skilled Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a vital part in assembling and deploying our innovative micromarkets, as well as configuring and maintaining coffee machines within these setups. While prior experience with coffee machines is preferred, we are willing to provide comprehensive training to the right candidate. If necessary, accommodation can also be arranged.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install micromarkets at client locations, ensuring they are set up efficiently and according to our standards.
• Configure and maintain coffee machines, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to micromarkets and coffee machines.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth deployments and maintenance schedules.
• Provide on-site training to clients on micromarket operations and coffee machine use.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Assist with inventory management and equipment procurement.

Requirement

• Previous experience in equipment assembly and installation is a plus.
• Familiarity with coffee machines and espresso equipment is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is advantageous.
