Responsibilities
- Implementation of the Hotel Planned Maintenance programme.
- Implementation of induction, health & safety, SOP and other training programmes.
- To supervise and direct colleagues in the performance of their duties.
- To monitor work requests and ensure promptness of service with particular emphasis on guest areas.
- To carry out quality assurance spot checks on colleague’s work.
- To liaise with specialist contractors to ensure that breakdowns are dealt with promptly and cost effectively.
- To be a member of the investigation team in the event of activation of alarms such as fire.

Requirement
- Arrange quarterly departmental social events
- Ensure Engineering Team keeps areas tidy
- Ensure all Contractors sign in and out
- Ensure Agency workers are given an induction by Security
- To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/ areas if required, to meet business needs.
