Responsibilities:

• Follow specific departmental procedures in performing repair, maintenance, alteration and installation work in a safe and neat manner.
• Comply with the latest insurance, local, country codes, law and requirements.
• Provide preventive and maintenance and appropriate log – on to the various systems.
• Determine defects, trouble – shoot malfunctions, take necessary corrective action and record same on the departmental work order form.
• Respond to all service calls promptly.
• Coordinate with other department personnel the scheduling of the following works: Electrical, Carpentry, Painting Mechanical, Kitchen equipment, Laundry Equipment and Shifts works. These works include: services, replacement, alterations and new installation work.
• Assist DOE in training new department associates on equipment and daily functions of the hotel.
• Supervise/ Manage shift staff.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Associate’s degree in engineering technology or similar.
• A relevant license or certification may be required.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills and time management.
• Excellent health and safety knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
