Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing all quantity take off, payment certificates, and Cost forecasts from pitch to completion.
• Quantity take off as per the method of measurement from the drawings to evaluate the subcontractor, and client payment application and to procure the materials.
• Preparing monthly payment applications to submit to clients.
• Preparing, pricing, and submitting the variation order to the client for approval.
• Preparing the Bill of Quantities with the drawings and Specifications.

Requirement:

• Proven work experience in a Landscaping company or similar role.
• Proven work experience on quantity take-off is a must.
• Familiarity with project management
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Data organization skills
• Attention to detail
• BSc degree or relevant field
