 Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates.
• Collaborate with the project management team to develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to create detailed estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids and negotiate pricing.
• Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in value engineering to optimize project costs while maintaining quality.
• Assist in the development of project proposals and bid submissions.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the interior design and fitout industry.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and methods.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
