Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to create detailed estimates.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids and negotiate pricing.
- Monitor project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in value engineering to optimize project costs while maintaining quality.
- Assist in the development of project proposals and bid submissions.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the interior design and fitout industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
