What are my responsibilities?

• Plan Events from scratch per the business requirements and execute them to achieve the desired outcome and objectives.
• Generate new innovative ideas to enhance the Event’s success.
• Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
• Prepare communication strategies as per business and marketing plans to drive key SL Vertical Markets.
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Implement and manage various communication channels that help drive communication objectives as a part of the integrated communications approach (elements can include, but are not limited to, social media, digital communications, tradeshows, advertising, public relations, events, promotions, direct mail, website, audio-visual productions, etc.)

What do I need to qualify for the role?

• University degree in Event Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Events planning, directing, executing, and measuring effectiveness, successes, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
