Responsibilities:

• Events Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with the retreat’s objectives, targeting different market segments and customer preferences.
  • Identify opportunities for new event concepts, themes, and experiences that cater to both local and international visitors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including coordinating logistics, marketing efforts, and guest engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in event planning, execution, and revenue generation, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proven track record of successfully conceptualizing and executing events that drive revenue growth.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and introduce unique event concepts.
