Responsibilities:

  • Acting as an Assistant to the EMEA President, supporting with diary management across multiple time zones, organising meetings and providing appropriate briefings and reminders
  • Arranging travel, transport, and accommodation for the Dubai executive team (flights, hotels, visas etc.), including collating and filing expenses when required
  • Liaising with senior management team members and external partners as necessary
  • Processing all corporate expenses and coding invoices for the Dubai executive team.
  • Organising team meetings, training sessions and other occasional events
  • Co-ordinating internal presentations for regular strategic review meetings
  • Working with the communications team to plan and execute the internal and external communications plan
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Acting as single point of contact for various Informa Group functions

Requirements:

  •  Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  •  The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • To be successful, you will be a proactive EA with proven experience effectively supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
  • You will ideally have previous project management experience
  • You will have excellent communication skills and be adept at working in a fast-paced environment
  • You will have the ability to handle administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
  • You will have extensive experience of diary management and travel arrangements
  • Expert level skills using Microsoft Office 365 are important
  • Experience using project management tools/platforms would be a plus
  • Experience working with agile methodology in a transformation environment would be advantageous
