Overview
- Provides administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Corporate Compliance Officer, and other Directors in the Finance Division.
- Provides day-to-day office management for the Fiscal Services and Revenue Cycle Services departments.
- Seeking an experienced administrative assistant to support our CFO and Finance team in day-to-day operations.
- The ideal candidate will be friendly, highly organized, self-motivated and possess a strong set of customer-service skills.
- The ideal candidate would have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. This role requires STRONG excel skills, the ability to pull and format data for presentation or reporting.
- Prior experience with corporate compliances not a requirement, but any experience would be beneficial to the role.
Essential Job Functions
- Manages arrangements, prepares board portal and PowerPoint presentations for monthly meetings of the Board Audit & Finance Committee. Coordinates scheduling, food service arrangements and special needs. Generates and maintains files for reports and minutes. Prepares all correspondence and reports for the CFO, Controller, Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Services, Director of Budget & Reimbursement and for division as requested. Composes and edits correspondence. Provides research for projects, surveys and/or application.
- Prepares agenda, maintains reports and audit documents for the Corporate Compliance Committee meetings and provides support to Corporate Compliance Officer for other compliance related activities. Tracks and maintains file of Business Associate Agreements.
- Maintains & manages schedules for the CFO, Controller, Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Services, Director of Budget & Reimbursement, and other Directors in the Finance Division as needed. Reads, analyzes & researches incoming mail & e-mails to determine its significance, distribution and/or follow up. Answers phone and screens/directs incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Develops and maintains department records and files to ensure timely and accurate access to required financial information. - Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills, Experience & Education
- Strong EXCEL skills, ability to use EXCEL for reporting and presenting data.
- Minimum Education – Associate’s Degree in a business or a related field.
- Two plus – Five years experience of direct administrative assistant experience.
