Job Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the department’s annual operational and executive plan
  • Implementation of procedures related to documenting and developing the department’s operations and services through the integrated management system.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of customer relations management systems and submitting periodic reports

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent in a similar field + no experience
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent specialization + 6 years
