The Student Helper at Office of Alumni Affairs is responsible for conducting a survey with graduates to update their profiles and check on their employment status.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a survey with graduates .
  • Keep the Senior Officer posted with the project update.
  • Raise any challenges that he/she might face during the project.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


  • Graduate from Ajman University.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency: MS Office, including advanced Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong desire and natural ability to deal with people
