- Create, and develop new course material as a result of a Learning Needs Analysis.
- Create learning and session.
- Plans for each training Module.
- Analyse existing learning and development material, refine, enhance and develop into modules using approved format.

- Degree or Honors
- Well versed with standard Cleaning Principle
- MS Office Suite
- Computer Literacy
- Critical Thinking
- Time Management
- Minimum English and Hindi Language Level (by Transguard Group Standards)
