Apt Resources, a leading recruitment company, is seeking a Facilities Management Technician to join the team at one of their premium clients, a UHNWF. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the facilities in order to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for the family and staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facilities management as well as mechanical, electrical systems, HVAC, and IT systems.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify and resolve any maintenance or safety issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from the family and staff
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance projects
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks
- Manage the inventory of supplies necessary for facilities maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to facilities management

- Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management in a 5-star hotel property
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and IT systems especially Apple TV and Crestron
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
