Description:

Lead & develop long range plans for the technical services section through the effective management of technical activities and the provision of support to the company’s various operational and sustainable projects. Responsible for all project planning including but not limited to, Inspections, mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, snowmaking, slope operations, rides and attractions.

Job Responsibilities

• Manages And Review Service Contracts To Ensure Facility Management Needs Are Being Met
• Maintains Accurate Record Of Maintenance Operations And Present To Upper Management Reports Of Daily Activities.
• Manages The Process Of Disposal Of Worn-Out/Damaged Machinery As Well As The Installation Of New Equipment.
• Conducts Risk Assessments To Identify Possible Hazard / Risks Around Building Facilities Or Premises.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5+ Years Of Experience As Facility Manager/ Operation Manager/ Hospitality Industry
• Working Knowledge Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems
• Bachelor’S Degree/Diploma In Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Or Project Management
• A Demonstrated Ability To Deliver Soft Facilities Management Services
