Currently, we are looking for a passionate and energetic Facility & Security Specialist to be based in the CL- Chargeback- General Motors. In this role, the successful candidate will ensure facility is managed in a cost-effective way as per GM global and local regulatory requirements. Ensure employee’s needs are met and deal with internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities:
a- Responsible for implementation of GM safety contract management system.
b- Develop and implement facility related policies: ensure policies and procedures are in place and enforced.
c- Coordinate with all GM contractors for breakdown and planned maintenance.
d- Ensure safety of every contractor suppliers and visitors through GM safety management system and local regulations.

Job Requirements:
a- At least 5 years’ of experience in facilities management role in international organization.
b- Graduate in any discipline.
c- Ability to confidently drive cost effective facility management to attain a sustainable workplace by engaging all levels of organization.
