Description:

The main purpose of the role is to provide an excellent aftersales service to the customer whilst ensuring the achievement and exceeding monthly target. You will assist in any problems that the technicians are having and carry out regular site visits to ensure standards are maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help and advice Technicians and customers as required ensuring a high standard of delivery on time. Ensure to maintain the Fix it right at first time ratio
• To carry out regular site visits to ensure standards are maintained
• Keep up with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
• Comply with the ALAC Quality Management System and participate with organization’s improvement activities

Job Requirements:

• Technical knowledge of paint and repairs
• 3-5 Years as in similar role in a reputed automotive workshop.
• Technical / Supervisory skills,
• Valid UAE Driving License –Light Motor vehicle
