Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operations relating to restaurant’s function such as participating in the opening and closing procedure, checking maintenance, managing shifts and liaising with the purchasing department
  • Monitor the food preparation/ presentation process, ensuring high quality items and conformity with the set standards and techniques of the brand’s food specifications
  • Ensure the effective implementation of service standards, operational procedures as per the brand set guidelines, in addition to health and safety regulations
  • Handle customers’ complaints appropriately while ensuring continuous client satisfaction
  • Manage the stock effectively and meet stock performance objectives by controlling inventory as well as managing all order placement and promotional activities to maximize sales and minimize loss
  • Develop the annual/seasonal business plan and budgets to achieve sales target, as well as, take full ownership and accountability over the P&L account ensuring profit maximization.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years of experience in a managerial role
  • 3 years of experience in Hospitality/ Food & Beverage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of shop operating procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong product knowledge across all departments
