As a Field Service Representative System (MS) Field Service Representative (FSR), your main task will be to support the Customer in the operation and maintenance of the Global Eye Mission System and its related systems on ground:/

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance as well as technical investigations
• Be the communication channel between the customer and Saab’s back office support
• Perform on-the-job training as an instructor for the customer’s mission system technicians
• Advise the Customer in maintenance related questions
• Work in team together with other Saab specialists on-site

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of the GlobalEye System and its various airborne and ground-based sub-systems
• Experience of and interest in sharing knowledge
• Curious and eager to embrace new cultures, non-judgmental, flexible and tolerant
