Description:

The Finance Associate Manager role is responsible for sound financial accounting and reporting, monitoring the financial health of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle business. The role manages and oversees the daily operations of the Finance department, including but not limited to, accounting, reporting, financial controls, risk review, compliance, external audit and the effective management of month-end finance responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Validate all financial activities related to month-end closing for the operating regions of Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, overseeing accurate and timely completion.
• Responsible for budget reconciliation with actuals for overall MAF Lifestyle business.
• Track business performance, highlighting issues and areas of concern, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
• Establish and maintain professional business relationships with external auditors, legal consultants, suppliers, customers, and senior management within the business to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
