Responsibilities:

• Driving and managing critical transformation programmes to deliver efficiency, insight, and value to the business
• Working on Finance department strategies and implementing cross-functional transformation roadmaps to deliver the required changes
• Delivering special projects (e.g. revenue/cost optimisation initiatives), breaking down complex business problems, and proposing clear solution plans

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Finance or Economics, graduated with at least 2:1 from a top university/school
• 5+ years of project/change management experience in a global Tech/FinTech company or similar
• A track record of your best achievements, supported by data and logical thinking
• Excellent organisational and planning skills to make your work efficient
• A hands-on, positive attitude and a willingness to give everything a go, from manual processing to cross-company global projects
