Responsibilities
- Prepare research & financial analysis on investment projects.
- Prepare presentations for investment committee and other internal approvals on the opportunities and other documents required for stakeholder reporting on the transactions.
- Involvement in all aspects of due diligence on new investments (business analysis, industry thesis, competitive landscape, business/pricing model, detailed financial analysis and financial modelling / deal structuring)
- Support in reviewing and developing the transaction documents and definitive agreements.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts etc) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis requested by Senior Management
- Support in the internal finance department functions including budget development, investment timelines and cash requirement etc.

Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business or finance, CFA or MBA/MSc is preferable.
- A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in financial analysis. Experience in investment banking, deal advisory within a Big 4 firm or well-reputed Consulting Firms is strongly appreciated
- Proven working experience in preparing complex financial models and summary reports
- Expert working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and good working knowledge of other MS office packages
- Adequate working knowledge of budgeting, financial, management reporting, and building financial models
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, planning and organizing skills and take ownership of work.
