Description:

To manage and oversee the end-to-end bid and proposal process, managing cross-functional teams, overseeing and reviewing all bids, and leading the design and submission of competitive proposals to clients requesting Masdar’s support in relation to clean energy projects in order to optimize Masdar’s chances of winning new projects in line with overall clean energy and business development strategies, plans and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the development and proposal of a solution and approach that meet customer requirements and display an understanding of their needs that would maximize Masdar’s chance of winning the work.
• Take responsibility for reviewing any questions or clarifications required from the client and arranging for answers.
• Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, as well as post contract award clarifications.
