We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to take overall responsibility for film and television show production:/

Job Responsibilities:

• Overview operations of the FJ department in the boutique.
• Manage critical sales and clients for the department through the use of client books and Client databases to optimize sales by enhancing these relationships
• Sell products and contribute to the growth of sales in the store
• Manage the repair and transfer of pieces within and outside the region
• Demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership skills within the boutique and to assist in the coaching/training of sales teams on departmental collection training.
• Engage clients and make them loyal by conveying brand values.
• Maintain outstanding customer service as per Company standards

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of retail experience are required, preferably with at least two years in a luxury product setting like Fine Jewlery.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer service professional with luxury retail experience.
• Pride in achieving individual target.
