Description:

Controlling, monitoring and reporting to Assistant Director of Finance regarding the OPEC & Asset Control System such as purchases, retirement & transfer of Assets.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and track FF&E new Purchases as per the current year approved budget.
  • Monthly FF&E additions sent to the owner, along with the invoice copies.
  • Tracking the Returnable Gate Passes not returned on due dates.
  • Provide the Asset ID’S for the retired items.
  • Physical check of the retired items.
  • Coordinate & communicate with Arenco Fixed Assets Accountant for any queries.
  • Maintaining inventory records for Key Personnel Apartment & GM Villa
  • Quarterly reconciliation of FF&E updates with Arenco fixed asset register
  • Monitor F&B equipments stock levels and movement.
  • Monitor of F&B and Rooms Linen stock levels and movement.
  • Monitor and filing of Opeq and Utensils Issues from the W/House.
  • Physical count of OPEQ inventory every 6 months.
  • Physical check on breakages of Opeq and discarded Linen.
Requirements:
  • Ability to analyze large volume of complex financial information from many sources and create reports, forecasts, and projections
  • Strong problem solving skills, including ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with others as appropriate
  • Ability to proactively identify and prevent potential problems
  • Ability to help develop problem solving skills among direct reports and other team members as appropriate
  • Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement all elements required for team to fulfill responsibilities
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to develop presentations and effectively present to all levels of company, hotels & owners.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (all levels of management and external customers)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required
