Job: Full Time
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:

Maintain asset record up to date and ensure timely asset capitalization and record the entry in the Asset system, tag and track and control fixed asset i.e. property and equipment use for business, such as land, buildings, mechanical equipment, IT equipment, furniture, office equipment etc. and perform activities like (create, register, dispose, move, reconcile & update fixed asset register FAR in the system

Job Responsibilities:

• Assets not booked-Assets not booked, though paid to the supplier
• Direct Invoice report for assets-Fixed asset created from direct invoices
• Asset Register consolidated-Asset registers report, consolidated with NBV (without cost center)
• Monthly reconcile Fixed Asset Register to general ledger.

Job Requirements:

• Manages time, workload, priorities effectively
• Conducts research
• Has some project management experience
• Financial management
