Description:

Transguard is currently recruiting for a Fleet Supervisor to join their team, based out of the company Headquarters in DAFZA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for the deployment of staff to site from TG accommodation, ensuring lateness & UA are within agreed metrics
• Flexibility in terms of working from several different locations with the willingness to travel as and when instructed by the Senior Manager
• Flexibility in terms of hours & days of work depending on critically important working days as advised by the Client
• Monitor & record all instances of UA and ensure this works in tandem with the Senior Coordinator (Admin) for clear and effective reporting
