Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter orders into system
- Maintain the chain of orders
- Check the orders versus stock and average monthly sales
- Follow up on timely delivery of shipments
- Reply to all clients’ queries regarding shipments and orders
- Investigate and follow up on shipment discrepancies
- Responsible for sending the campaigns orders to the LM to get their orders quantities then enter them in the system and make sure to ship them quite in advance on time before the launching dates
Job Requirements:
- First experience – internship as a similar role/ mission
- Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent follow-up skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills.
