Responsibilities

• Cleans kitchen walls and floors in accordance with regular cleaning schedules.
• Inspects shelving and surrounding areas and ensures these are safe and dry at all times to prevent slipping.
• Cleans/Washes all cooking utensils per required standards.
• Stacks washed utensils in the appropriate racks/trolleys for easier access.
• Regularly inspects and cleans stacking areas to keep these neat and tidy.
• After each wash, polishes equipment (e.g., chafing dish, silver trays, etc.), applying appropriate chemicals and procedures.
• Ensures proper maintenance of all equipment in the area of assignment.
• To wash glassware, chinaware and cutlery according to the standards set.

Requirement

• Previous hotel-related experience as F&B Steward
• Active listening, enthusiastic and dependable
• Take initiative, be flexible, and can communicate with the Team
