Description:
This role is responsible for the Training and improvement of the CargoWise processes which will include Invoice review, planning and implementation, providing solutions to Operations, freight specialists & accounts and training of key users on all CW modules.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the monthly bill of WiseTech and reporting discrepancies
- Manage the User training, system changes, and System upgrades.
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders (Aramex stations and global teams) to train and provide system solutions considering the business rules.
- Create regular system checks to monitor users’ actions, data integrity, and KPIs
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or any other relevant field
- 5-7 years in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
