Responsibilities

• Welcome members and potential clients with a warm smile, share membership information, and assist with inquiries.
• Efficiently handle check-ins and registrations to provide a hassle-free start to every visit.
• Work collaboratively to maintain the gym’s clean and organized environment, creating a sanctuary for all.
• Assist in scheduling personal training sessions and classes, ensuring a rejuvenating experience for our members.
• Provide exceptional customer service that extends to both the gym and our aromatic coffee shop.
• Manage financial tasks, including billing, membership management, and sales oversight in the coffee shop and gym.
• Become proficient in our fitness club system to ensure seamless transactions.
• Engage with our community through social media, addressing inquiries and fostering engagement.

Requirement
