Front Desk Receptionist / CORE



The candidate must be organized with the ability to multitask efficiently, disciplined, have good interpersonal skills needed to meet with customers, have good verbal communication, have attention to detail, and be capable of problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Run and maintain general daily office and reception operations
  • Maintain a pleasant look wearing a pressed uniform, light makeup, polished shoes, and a decent hairstyle
  • Take calls as per set protocol (reception manual), take clear note of the requirements, and transfer the call to the right consultant
  • Distribute and track all leads received (via email, call, website chat) following the criteria for lead assignment
  • Greet and serve clients, guest, and employees with enthusiasm and a positive spirit always
  • Make sure visitor parking card and building access cards are always available at the reception desk
  • Ensure to deliver a high level of customer service at all times
  • Ensure each call received through landline and mobile phones, are handled properly
  • Maintain clean and tidy meeting rooms and office reception area
  • Ensure stationery items are present in the office and the meeting room in optimum quantity
  • · Effectively manage the Driver’s schedule business and retain existing client

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong phone skills
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Punctual with strong attendance history
