Experienced programmer (4+ years)
Excited to work in a dynamic early startup environment
Passionate about learning and growing your skill set into new domains.
Keywords: Rust, GCP / AWS, Postgres, Apache Arrow, TypeScript.
Able & willing to cross technology domains to produce thoughtful solutions.
Excited about being able to operate with substantial freedom building products with the potential to impact the global climate and energy crisis.

Requirements:

Shepherd features through all layers of the stack, from internal development tools to on-device applications, to user-facing and data-related cloud services, into web and mobile apps.
Help grow the team over time, mentor teammates, and refine your own areas of focus.
Regularly pair-program with the other software engineers – firmware, application, cloud – to mentor, learn, disseminate knowledge, and improve overall codebase quality.
Close cross-functional work with the entire team in all disciplines – iterating on product requirements, building first-in-class prototypes, and shipping production software.
