- Some office/reception experience
- A professional phone manner
- Confident and bubbly personality to greet visitors
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Great at multi-tasking
This Role:
- Answering phones professionally and transferring calls to relevant staff members
- Responding to online customer enquiries
- Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule meetings and organise meeting rooms when required
- Process and distribute mail
- Receive couriers and check for damage before signing
- Oversee kitchen and office supplies
- Provide administrative support to the wider team
