This Role:

  • Answering phones professionally and transferring calls to relevant staff members
  • Responding to online customer enquiries
  • Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Schedule meetings and organise meeting rooms when required
  • Process and distribute mail
  • Receive couriers and check for damage before signing
  • Oversee kitchen and office supplies
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team
