Responsibilities:


1.1.1 Verify the General Cashier’s Report, and Income JV.

1.1.2 Review supplier invoices, and General Ledger coding of expenses.

1.1.3 Verify supplier payments with supporting invoices, LPOs etc.

1.1.4 Verify expense reimbursement with supporting documents, and ensure that they are in accordance with the policies and procedures.

1.1.5 Review payroll reports with supporting documents at the month end.

1.1.6 Preparation of General Ledger Reconciliation.

1.1.7 Follow up for the renewals of contracts expiring.

Your Experience And Skills Include
  • Focused personality with experience is essential.
  • Prior experience working with Sun Express or a related system.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
