Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall management;
- According to the annual strategy and planning plan, plan the annual operating indicators, market development layout, formulate specific operating strategies and implementation plans of Enron International Travel to ensure the achievement of operating indicators;
- Responsible for coordinating the relationship between the travel agency and the outside or government, and continuously expanding the business relationship network;
- Responsible for guiding, supervising and inspecting the market research, analysis and sales market of the travel agency industry; responsible for the market promotion and brand building of the travel agency, and improve the popularity and reputation of the travel agency. Maintain relationships with partners, including scenic spots, hotels, airlines, etc., and provide strong support for the business expansion of the travel agency.
- Supervise and inspect the product design and cost control of the travel agency;
- Formulate and implement the development strategy and business plan of the travel agency to ensure that the travel agency’s business goals are achieved. Responsible for the overall operation and management of the travel agency, including personnel recruitment, training, performance appraisal and other aspects. Supervise the financial management of the travel agency, including budget formulation, cost control, income management, etc., to ensure good financial conditions.
- Complete various work tasks assigned by the company. Timely handle various problems arising in the operation of the travel agency to ensure the smooth operation of the travel agency.
