  • Develop and oversee the financial planning process for the entire group, including budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial strategy.
  • Provide regular financial updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with auditors and external accounting firms, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for the board of directors and relevant committees, highlighting key financial insights, risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory financial reporting requirements, including preparing and submitting necessary documentation in a timely manner.
