Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Managing incoming calls, emails and RT support
  • General administration, office supplies
  • Attending to electronic & hard copy filing
  • Data entry & administration support where needed.
  • Responsibility for the timely input and delivery of group administration on a daily and month end basis
  • Reconciling accounts & payments
  • Co-ordinating scheduling

Skills & Experience:

  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Good interpersonal skills & team player
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong Xero & Microsoft Office experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Previous experience in office administration is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changeable environment
