As a fashion consultant, you will be responsible for achieving individual and total sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience and providing support in CRM, CX and other key customer and employee initiatives in the store.
Responsibilities:
- Provide feedback and information regarding the product to the customer prior to the purchase process.
- Enhance the employee loyalty index through employee initiatives, culture and experiences.
- Ensure adherence to visual commerce guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or customer service with luxury retail brands is preferred .
