Responsibilities
- Track record of designing and delivering innovative products either in a bank lender/FinTech lender/card issuer or lending software company
- Deeply knowledgeable of insight based financial products within banks, fintechs and telcos
- Experience leading a go to market product delivery
- Experience with strategies for acquiring customers, driving engagement and product usage
- Experience in setting and monitoring appropriate lending software KPIs by product line
- Experience being accountable for relevant lending product collateral
- Experience across the product life cycle including Product approvals, launch and rollout, Product change, margin and pricing reviews, Product review
- Experience in the design process, user research and user feedback to iterate on product, experience, and own decision making
