Description:
The Employee Engagement Manager is responsible for managing, enhancing and executing people engagement initiatives and programs in order to support a culture of excellence, high performance and engagement across the all the business units. The role holder is also responsible for implementing multiple forms of internal communication activities and programs to enable workforce inclusion and ensure that employees are updated about internal and external activities of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and undertake all aspects of Program management related to workforce diversity, inclusion and staff engagement
- Evaluate the success of employee engagement projects and initiatives and provide recommendations on how to enhance relevant activities
- Review and analyse key external trends and influences on employee engagement strategies to incorporate best practices relevant to MAF Retail
Requirements:
-
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, or Business Administration
- Profession HR Certification such as CIPD, SHRM, and AHARI preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar position, 2+ years In retail
